The “A team” foraging for museum items.

We had an opportunity to acquire some display cases for the main display area. The only catch was we had to get them out by 3 PM since the building was going to be demolished the next day to build condos. This would have been no problem except this was noon on a Sunday. Several phone calls revealed there wasn’t a U-haul trailer to be had anywhere in the area.

Tom called Jim Bailey and he came to the rescue with a enclosed trailer plus he used his truck to haul it. Bob Simms and sons also provided the “brawn” to wrestle the cases out of the building and into the trailer. Thanks to their help we made it in the nick of time.
